Liability, Risk, and Safety Disclosures

1. Use at Your Own Risk
Off-road and towing activities carry inherent risk. Users are responsible for safe operation, lawful use, and adherence to tow ratings and local regulations.
2. No Operational Guarantee
Terrain, weather, vehicle setup, maintenance standards, and user behavior materially affect performance. No guarantee is made for outcomes in specific conditions.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roadrunner Campers excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of use, revenue, travel disruption, or third-party costs.
4. Liability Cap
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable product or service under the governing contract, except where prohibited.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyer must ensure compatibility with tow vehicle, legal towing limits, correct loading, proper maintenance, and safe operation of installed systems.
6. Indemnity
Buyer agrees to indemnify Roadrunner Campers against claims arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, unlawful operation, or operation contrary to provided guidance.
7. Consumer Law Carve-Out
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees or mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
