Sales, Deposits, and Warranty Terms
Effective date: April 14, 2026
1. Order Acceptance
Orders are not binding until accepted in writing by Roadrunner Campers through executed sales documents.
2. Deposits and Payments
Deposit amounts, refundability, and payment milestones are defined in the signed contract. Production slots may be conditional on cleared funds.
3. Changes and Delays
Supplier changes, component substitutions, regulatory updates, and force majeure events may affect timing or specification. Equivalent substitutions may be made where required and lawful.
4. Delivery and Inspection
Buyer must inspect the vehicle at handover and report defects in accordance with contract timelines. Risk transfer point is defined in signed delivery terms.
5. Warranty Scope
Limited warranty applies only to covered manufacturing defects and only for the period and owner class set in the final warranty booklet.
6. Warranty Exclusions
Exclusions typically include wear and tear, consumables, corrosion from misuse, impact/water crossing damage, unauthorized modifications, and third-party appliances covered by their own manufacturer warranties.
7. Repair Authorization
Warranty repairs generally require prior approval. Unauthorized repair costs may be unrecoverable. Transport/logistics responsibilities are governed by contract terms.
